Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in McCook County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 2+ years on the tools preferred.
