What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench You will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections.
