Vacancy available: captain waiter (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Jasper County, South Carolina. You will work at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
