Join our team: we are hiring a production line helper in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The job is at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts $8,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
