Bar bender and fixer • Tuscarawas County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
