Scullery hand wanted in Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jefferson County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
