Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Giles County, Tennessee. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Rotating shifts.
