Scullery hand • Runnels County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Runnels County, Texas. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
