Gtaw welder — Saint Mary's County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. Day to day you will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
