Rebar fixer — Murray County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Murray County, Minnesota. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements 6+ years on the tools preferred.
