Halal butcher wanted in Gezawa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Gezawa, Kano State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Part-time with flexible hours.
