Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Highland County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; check for underground cables and services before digging. Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
