Urgent requirement: canteen cook (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Warrick County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
