Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement On a typical shift you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers.
