Join our team: we are hiring a cement mason in Lyon County, Nevada. You will be based on a building construction site. The role involves: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
