Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Madison Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service.
