Pot washer wanted in Finney County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Finney County, Kansas. You will work in a hospital canteen. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
