Kitchen steward wanted in Bradley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bradley County, Tennessee. You will be based in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
