Scaffolding charge hand • Irwin County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Irwin County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $7,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
