Frame straightening technician • City of Manassas, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in City of Manassas, Virginia. Day to day you will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
