Immediate opening: we are hiring a HVAC installer in Palo Alto County, Iowa. You will work at an HVAC contractor's workshop. You should have: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience You will braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
