Escalator technician • Glades County, Florida

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Glades County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance On the job you will handle: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
