Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Pennington County, Minnesota. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Your main tasks: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
