Paint and prep technician • Grady County, Oklahoma

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Grady County, Oklahoma. You will work in a spray booth. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Day-to-day duties: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
