Join our team: we are hiring a machinist in Bracken County, Kentucky. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Your main tasks: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
