Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Golden Valley County, Montana. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness You will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
