Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sagadahoc County, Maine. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
