Urgent requirement: we are hiring a janitor in New Kent County, Virginia. The job is at a residential apartment complex. Day to day you will mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs; mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets; strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine; dust and wipe down desks, window sills and skirting boards; empty waste bins and replace the bin liners; report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts • Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
