We are recruiting: chef de partie (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Audubon County, Iowa. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Six days a week, one day off.
