Now hiring: we are hiring an ACP cladding fabricator in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
