The role involves: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
