Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
