Immediate opening: turning centre operator (South Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Davison County, South Dakota. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Day-to-day duties: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand 3+ years on the tools preferred.
