Powder coating technician wanted in Richland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Richland County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
