Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Crittenden County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
