Punch press operator wanted in Lunenburg County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Lunenburg County, Virginia. The role involves apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off.
