Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. You will be based at a halal meat counter. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $21 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
