Milling machinist • Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
