Immediate opening: rebar foreman (Pennsylvania)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
