Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
