Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Nnewi South, Anambra State. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
