Bread and bun maker wanted in Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Lincoln County, Washington. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker 4+ years on the tools preferred.
