Insulation worker — Muskegon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation worker in Muskegon County, Michigan. You will be based at a cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Day to day you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
