Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixer in Hall County, Georgia. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. Day to day you will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Full-time with occasional weekends.
