Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Saint John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On the job you will handle: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
