Structural MIG welder • Nicollet County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Nicollet County, Minnesota. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes You will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints.
