Tandoor cook wanted in Ikot Abasi

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred.
