Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Crawford County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
