Furnace operator wanted in Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a furnace operator in Madison County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
