We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Saline County, Missouri. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Rotating shifts.
